Progress on New Animation:

I got myself into another sort of big project that includes full voice over work from some very talented actresses! 

Here is the current animatic for the whole piece right now. I'm working on being around 5 minutes:

I also made some finished promotional artwork for an upcoming school art sale. I think this gives a good idea of what the final look of the characters will look like:

Here you go, sorry for the not so exciting post, I've been working on this for a long while and not full of energy right now. I'm super happy to finally get my video to this point, but still, sort of tired.

Summer Project:

Over the summer I worked in Chicago at a couple of jobs as an intern. In my free time I ended up completing a project for myself. I'm really proud how it's coming along.

Here's all the other things that went into the conceptualizing and production of my animation. Of which include basic sketches and concept art. 

Also for reference, here is my rig. It consists of a home made camera stand (constructed all from wood) and a Digital SLR.

The end of one project:

This is it, this is basically what I wanted to accomplish at the end of the 4 or 5 month period I had in school to get this project done. I don't have the sound in all the places I wanted and is somewhat rough but this is it.

I'll post all the sketches and story boards at a later date, but for right now, enjoy my final cut.

The beginning of a good thing.

I love this so much, you have no clue. I spend all my time animating, more than I do anything else. Currently, I'm working on a project that hopefully will be at least 5 minutes long, have VO, sound mixing, and finished pencil tests.  IT'S ABOUT TO GET INTENSE IN HERE.

This should show how I work and how things ultimately come together. Did I mention how much I love this stuff? Because I do.
